Julie is very passionate about helping her clients feel comfortable in the gym environment. Recognising that the gym can be intimidating, Julie educates you along the way to ensure you feel at ease with your training program as well as your surroundings.
Julie has tried and tested many ‘Fad’ diets and pills and understands the confusion around nutrition. Certified in Advanced Nutrition 1 & 2, Julie is able to help you with your Nutrition, teaching you how to fuel your body to achieve your goals and get the most out of your training.
